Uncarpeted Floors. All hard-surfaced floors are to be completely stripped down to the bare floor surface, totally free of any wax, sealer or other finish. After stripping, the floor will be re-finished and polished. On completion of re-finishing all finish, water and other marks will be removed from walls, baseboards, doors, furniture, and adjoining carpeted areas.
