Floor Finish. Tenant is responsible for all floor finish covering materials for the Leased Premises and shall make a smooth, level transition with the mall floor at the lease line. In the event that Tenant is required to match Landlord’s floor tile at Tenant’s lease line and closure line, Tenant shall pay Landlord $25.00 per square foot for Landlord selected floor tile. Tenant shall protect and repair any damage to Landlord’s floor finish material, at Xxxxxx’s expense.
Floor Finish. Wellco business carpet or equal (26 ounce) with type and color to be selected by tenant from sample provided by Landlord. Carpet to be installed throughout office area with four-inch (4") vinyl cove base, except in restrooms where one-eighth (1/8") vinyl composite tile (VCT) is to be installed with four-inch (4") vinyl cove base.
Floor Finish. Concrete floor shall be ready for finish covering, with a moisture content adequate for proper installation of direct glue down carpet.
Floor Finish. The flooring must be approved in writing by the Landlord and not be of a lesser quality than the Landiord's standard as approved from time to time.

Toilet, shower, and locker rooms shall receive unglazed ceramic tile on the floor and full height on the walls except behind lockers which shall have epoxy, painted gypsum.
