Uncovering and Testing Sample Clauses
The "Uncovering and Testing" clause establishes the right and process for one party to inspect, test, or otherwise examine work that has been completed or is in progress. In practice, this may involve requiring the contractor to uncover finished work or pause ongoing activities so that the client or an inspector can verify compliance with project specifications and quality standards. This clause ensures that any defects or non-conformities are identified and addressed early, thereby reducing the risk of hidden issues and promoting accountability in the construction or service process.
