Unemployment Programs. The following additional language shall be added to Section 3.A. of the Original HPA: “No Capital Draw for funds in excess of the amount indicated on Schedule A attached hereto as Portion of Program Participation Cap Representing Original HHF Funds shall be permissible for (i) Services that do not Qualify as an Unemployment Program, as indicated in the applicable Service Schedule, without the approval of Treasury, or (ii) Permitted Expenses.”
