Uniform Maintenance Provision. Effective January 1, 1995, the City shall reimburse Police Lieutenants and Captains for the actual cleaning costs necessary to properly maintain and care for uniforms authorized by the department for wear by the employee. In order to receive this reimbursement, employees shall submit receipts for the actual costs incurred for cleaning their Police uniforms.
