Uniform Maintenance Provision. The City shall reimburse the Police Chief for actual cleaning costs necessary to properly maintain and care for uniforms authorized by the department for wear by the employee. In order to receive this reimbursement, the Police Chief shall submit receipts for the actual costs incurred for cleaning his/her Police uniform.
