Uniform Points Allocation Formula. The Employer in its Nonstandardized Plan or Volume Submitter Plan may elect a uniform points allocation formula. The Plan Administrator will allocate any Employer Contribution for a Plan Year in the same ratio that each Participant's points bear to the total points of all Participants for the Plan Year. The Plan Administrator determines a Participant's points in accordance with the Employer's Adoption Agreement elections under which the Employer will elect to define points based on Years of Service, Compensation and/or age.
