Common use of Uniform System Clause in Contracts

Uniform System. The term Uniform System as used in this Agreement shall mean the Uniform System of Accounts for Hotels, "Ninth Revised Edition", 1996, as revised and adopted by the Hotel Association of New York City, Inc., from time to time and as modified by applicable provisions of this Agreement. Other terms are defined in the Recitations and the further provisions of this Agreement, and shall have the respective meanings there ascribed to them.
