The Contractor shall take all steps necessary to ensure that its employees 476 performing Collection Services conduct themselves in a safe, proper, and workmanlike 477 manner, and that they work as quietly as possible. All such employees shall at all times of 478 employment be dressed in uniforms with suitable identification.
