Common use of UNION ACCESS TO WORK LOCATIONS Clause in Contracts

UNION ACCESS TO WORK LOCATIONS. Non-employee Union representatives will be permitted access to District facilities for the purpose of conducting Union business. Where reasonable and practical, they shall notify area supervisors at least one (1) hour in advance of their intent to visit a given work location and of the approximate duration of their visit. They will be permitted entry upon presentation of acceptable identification and will be required to observe all safety and other rules and regulations of the District.
