Union Activities on Employer’s Time and Premises. The Employer agrees during working hours on the Employer's premises and without loss of pay, union representatives shall be allowed to post union notices, distribute union literature, solicit union membership during other employees' non-working time, and attend negotiation meetings, transmit communications authorized by the Local Union or it's Officers or other Union representatives, concerning the enforcement of any provisions of this Agreement provided such activity does not interfere with the Borough work schedule.
