UNION ACTIVITY, VISITATION & BULLETIN BOARDS. Section 1. No employee shall engage in any Union activity, including the distribution of literature, which could interfere with the performance of work during working time, in patient care or working areas of the Employer at any time, except as provided in Article 10, “Grievance Procedure.”

Such agreement shall not be unreasonably withheld. The Hospital shall provide a mutually acceptable location.”
