Common use of Union Activity Clause in Contracts

Union Activity. The Employer and the Union agree that no employee shall be discriminated against, intimidated, restrained or coerced in the exercise of any rights granted by the Illinois Public Labor Relations Act, Illinois Revised Statutes, 5 ILCS 315/1 et seq. (P.A. 83-1012) or by this Agreement, or on account of membership or non-membership in, or lawful activities on behalf of the Union.

Union Activity.
