Union Assessments and Deductions. A member of the bargaining unit, and only such a member may present written authorization, using the form provided by the Union, to the Board to deduct union dues, uniform assessments, and TIGER/COPE deduction(s) from his salary. Each authorization shall be effective until the earlier of three occurrences:
