UNION BULLETIN BOARDS & COMMUNICATIONS. ‌ The Employer shall provide reasonable space on employee bulletin boards for the posting of official Union notices and announcements. Employees may access official Union web sites for the purpose of viewing notices and announcements, if proper electronic communication is available, as long as such does not interfere with the performance of an employee’s duties of employment. The Union President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Union Stewards and Chief Xxxxxxx may use electronic communications, email, faxes and telephones, if available for Union meeting notices, and other communications mutually agreed upon with the Employer.
