Union Bulletin Boards. The Employer will provide sufficient bulletin board facilities for the exclusive use of the Union. The location of these facilities will be decided by mutual agreement at the local level. If mutual agreement cannot be reached at this level, the matter will be referred to the Labour/Management Committee.
