Common use of Union/Company Committee Meeting Clause in Contracts

Union/Company Committee Meeting. a) The Employer and the Union Bargaining Committee shall meet quarterly, or as otherwise mutually agreed, to discuss matters of mutual concern and interest. A CAW Representative (National or Local) may also attend this meeting. A request for a meeting shall be made in writing at least one (1) week in advance of the date proposed and will be accompanied by a proposed agenda of matters for discussion.
