Union Dues and Initiation Fees. 6.01 The AFSCME Council 25 AFL-CIO Local Union 1993 will protect and save harmless the Employer for any and all claims, demands, suits and other forms of liability by reason of action taken or not taken by the Employer for the purpose of complying with Article 5 of this Agreement.
