Union Dues and Initiation Fees. (A) Deductions for any calendar month shall be remitted to the financial officer of Michigan Council #25 with a list for whom dues have been deducted as soon as the deduction has been made, but not later than five (5) days thereafter. (B) An employee shall cease to be subject to check-off deductions beginning with the month immediately following the month in which he/she is no longer a member of the bargaining unit. The Local Union will be notified by the Employer of the names of such employees following the end of each month in which the termination took place.
