UNION DUES/ INITIATION FEE. 2.01 Upon receipt by the CITY of a signed voluntary authorization by an employee, the CITY agrees to deduct the initiation fee (if any) and monthly UNION membership dues levied in accordance with the Constitution of the UNION from the pay of said employee and remit the aggregate amount to the Treasurer of the UNION along with a list of employees from whose pay said dues have been deducted. Such remittance shall be made by the l0th of the succeeding month.

UNION DUES/ INITIATION FEE. Section 1: Non-discrimination Neither the Town nor the Union, nor their respective duly-authorized agents, shall discriminate against employees in the exercise of the right to self-organization; to form, join or assist any employee organization; to bargain collectively through representatives of their own choosing on actions of wages, hours, and other conditions of employment; and to engage in other concerted activities for the purpose of collective bargaining or other mutual aid or protection, free from actual interference, restraint or coercion, all in accordance with the provisions of said Chapter 150E. Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, the freedom of such employees to assist the Union shall be recognized as extending to participation in the management of the Union, provided that such participation is other than during working hours and does not interfere with the employee’s work.   • Reimbursable Expenses; Maximum Total Payment; Invoicing District will make no payment until this Contract is fully executed by the authorized representatives of both parties.

  • Application Fee Prior to the Resident being accepted to The Residence, a non-refundable Application Fee of $100 must be made.
