Common use of Union Dues Revocation Clause in Contracts

Union Dues Revocation. Any employee who has submitted a dues checkoff authorization card may withdraw or revoke the same at the time and in the manner specified on the dues checkoff authorization card signed by the employee or as amended by the Union if the amendment specifies a shorter revocation period than one fifteen (15) day period tied to the end of the collective bargaining agreement.
