– UNION FEES AND DUES. A. The District is prohibited from assisting the Union in collecting dues or service fees from wages of District employees. B. If any provision of this Article is invalid under Federal or State law, said provision shall be modified to comply with the requirements of said Federal or State law. C. The Union will have access to all policies and procedures adopted by the District. D. The District recognizes the Michigan Freedom to Work (Public Act 349 of 2012) as the law under which the collective bargaining agreement is governed.
