Common use of Union Health and Safety Representatives Clause in Contracts

Union Health and Safety Representatives. One (1) member (and one (1) alternate) of the Bargaining Unit shall be members of the University Central Safety Committee and will be certified. Meetings, inspections, and University sponsored or approved safety seminars are held during working hours, the employee shall suffer no loss of pay or benefits.
