Common use of Union Insignia Clause in Contracts

Union Insignia. Employees will be permitted to wear or display the recognized insignia of the Union. The designation CUPE or CUPE Local 3886 may, at the employee's option, be placed below the signatory initials on typewritten correspondence prepared by Union members. Other locations and uses of the Union insignia shall be by agreement of the Labour Management Committee.
