Union Membership Termination. The Union agrees to give the Employer seven (7) days advance notice of the termination of the membership of any em­ ployee for failure of the employee to tender the peri­ odic dues uniformly required as a condition of main­ taining membership. Upon failure of the employee to tender the periodic dues required as a condition of retaining membership, the Employer shall and hereby agrees to discharge such employee within seven (7) days after receiving notice from the Union.

  • Membership Termination No Member may terminate its membership in the Sector 21 other than in accordance with this Section 12.   • Benefit Termination Any employee terminating employment shall be entitled to receive the District insurance contribution for the remainder of the calendar month in which the contribution is effective. In cases where separation occurs after completion of the employee’s full contract obligation (i.e. the end of the school/work year), benefit coverage will continue through August 31 of that year.
