UNION REPRESENTATION AND STEWARDS. Section 1. Authorized representatives of the Union shall have access to the Project, provided that such representatives fully comply with posted visitor, security and safety rules and the environmental compliance requirements of the Project. It is understood that because of the geographical scope of the Project, and the type of work being undertaken on the Project site, visitors may be limited to certain times, or areas, or to being accompanied at all times while on the Project site; with this in mind, however, the Contractor recognizes the right of access set forth in this Section and such access will not be unreasonably withheld from an authorized representative of the Union.

It is understood that because of the geographical scope operational needs of the Project, District and the type limited amount of work being undertaken on the space at certain Project sitesites, visitors may be limited to certain times, times or areas, or to being accompanied at all times while on the Project site; with this in mind, howevernevertheless, the Contractor recognizes the right of access set forth in this Section and will not and such access will shall not be unreasonably withheld from an authorized representative of the a Union.
