UNION SECURITY DEDUCTION OF UNION DUES. 4.01 All present employees who are members of the Union or who become members of the Union, shall remain members of the Union in good standing and shall pay Union Dues as a condition of continued employment with the Company. This provision shall remain effective during the term of this Agreement or any extension thereof or any successor Agreement.
