– Union Submits Grievance in Writing. At Step 2 the grievance shall be submitted in writing by the xxxxxxx to the immediate excluded supervisor. The xxxxxxx must do so no later than fifteen (15) working days after the date: (a) on which the grievor was notified verbally or in writing of the action or circumstances giving rise to the grievance; or (b) on which the grievor first became aware of the action or circumstance giving rise to the grievance.
