Common use of Union Visitation Clause in Contracts

Union Visitation. A duly credited representative of the Union shall have the right to visit any of the Employer's stores covered hereunder any time during normal working hours for the purpose of ascertaining whether this Agreement is being properly observed, provided that there shall be no interruption of, or interference with the Employer's business.

Union Visitation. Union representatives agree to make their presence known to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager before speaking with employees or within a reasonable period of time upon arriving at the store. Such visits shall be no interruption of, or interference not interfere with the Employer's businessnormal operations of the store.
