Common use of Union Visitation Clause in Contracts

Union Visitation. The Union Business Representatives shall be allowed access at reasonable times to all facilities of the Employer, wherein employees covered under this Agreement are working to conduct necessary Union business and to investigate grievances, provided there is not interference with the work of the employees and the Department.

Union Visitation. The Representatives of the Union Business Representatives shall be allowed have access to the Employer's facilities at reasonable times to all facilities for the purpose of administering this Agreement. Such access shall not interfere with bargaining unit employees' work, unless authorized by their Supervisor. It is recognized that during these visits, patient confidentiality must be maintained. Upon arrival, representatives of the Employer, wherein employees covered under this Agreement are working to conduct necessary Union business and to investigate grievances, provided there is not interference with shall inform the work Medical Facility Administrator or designee of his/her presence in the employees and the Departmentfacility.

Access shall be granted only if there is prior notice to the Employer and such access does not interference interfere with the work of being performed at the employees and the Departmentbuilding.

The Any business agent or other duly authorized representative of the Union Business Representatives shall have access to the buildings or sites where union members are employed to determine whether the terms of this agreement are being complied with. Access shall be allowed access at reasonable times to all facilities of the Employer, wherein employees covered under this Agreement are working to conduct necessary Union business and to investigate grievances, provided granted only if there is prior notice to the Employer and such access does not interference interfere with the work of being performed at the employees and the Departmentbuilding.
