Union’s Obligations. The Union and the Board subscribe to the principle that differences shall be resolved by peaceful and appropriate means without interruption of the work schedule; therefore, the Union agrees that it will not instigate, encourage or support a strike, work stoppage or other concerted refusal to work on a system-wide or lesser level during the life of this Agreement.
