Unit Member Transfers. Other Factors as described in Section A of this Article being equal, seniority shall be used to determine voluntary and involuntary transfer.
Unit Member Transfers. The District reserves the right to transfer employees when it is in the District’s best interest to do so. Employees who are transferred may request an explanation of the reason for the transfer. Upon such request, the District will provide a response. Such transfers shall not be for arbitrary or capricious reasons.
