Administration Initiated Transfers. 1. When the administration is of the opinion that a unit member should be transferred, the situation shall be discussed with the unit member. All reasonably practicable efforts will be made to effect a suitable re-assignment fairly and objectively, including consideration of the unit member’s preference. A unit member will be notified through consultation as soon as possible but at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the transfer date.

Administration Initiated Transfers. 18.6.1 When the administration is of the opinion that a professional educator should be transferred the situation shall be discussed with the professional educator. All reasonably practicable efforts will be made to effect a suitable re-assignment fairly and objectively, including consideration of the professional educator’s preference. A professional educator will be notified of the new assignment through consultation as soon as possible but at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the transfer date. Except in the annual staffing process in 18.6.2, an administrative transfer shall not result in a professional educator being “unassigned”.
Administration Initiated Transfers. After consultation with the principals and supervisors concerned, the Superintendent shall notify the employee whose transfer is pending. The employee shall be provided the opportunity of discussing the pending transfer and any objections shall be duly considered. After the completion of the consultation, the Superintendent shall notify the employee as to the decision of the transfer.

Administration Initiated Transfers. All decisions regarding transfers from a current assignment initiated by the administration shall be made, if administratively possible, prior to the close of the spring semester and after consultation with the professional educator or professional educators involved. Reasons necessitating such transfers shall be stated clearly in writing with a copy being presented to the professional educator or professional educators involved upon the professional educator’s request. If the attempt to notify the professional educator involved is unsuccessful, the notification shall be made by registered mail to the professional educator’s last known address.

The Settlement Administrator will mail the Notice by first class U.S. mail to all Class Members at the address Defendants have on file for those Class Members and to all former employee Class Members at the address resulting from the skip trace. The Notice will inform Class Members that they have until the Response Deadline to either object to the Settlement or to opt-out of the Settlement. Any Class Member who does not receive Notice after the steps outlined above have been taken will still be bound by the Settlement and/or judgment.

  • Administration of Agreement All approvals referenced in this Agreement must be obtained from the parties' contract administrators or their designees. All notices must be given to the parties' contract administrators respectively. The OAG's contract administrator is Xxxxxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, Chief, Bureau of Advocacy and Grants Management. The Provider’s contract administrator will be provided at the time of execution. The parties will provide each other with written notification of any change in its designated representative for this Agreement.   • Emergency Escalation initiated by Registrars Registry Operator will maintain an emergency operations department prepared to handle emergency requests from registrars. In the event that a registrar is unable to conduct EPP transactions with the registry for the TLD because of a fault with the Registry Service and is unable to either contact (through ICANN mandated methods of communication) the Registry Operator, or the Registry Operator is unable or unwilling to address the fault, the registrar may initiate an emergency escalation to the emergency operations department of ICANN. ICANN then may initiate an emergency escalation with the Registry Operator as explained above.

  • Grant Administration The District recognizes that Charter Schools are utilizing revenue sources associated with federal and state agency grants. The District is required to be Fiscal Agent on such grants meaning the District is responsible for oversight, approval, review and distribution of funds. These administrative tasks result in the utilization of District resources. In recognition of this, the District is mandating the following.
