Posting Procedures. A. The posting period shall be 5 days. B. Employees wishing to bid for a posted vacancy shall submit a bid card 1717 in the appropriate bid box by the bid closing date. Late bids will not be honored. C. Bids will be opened and verified by the employer in the presence of a xxxxxxx. D. Successful bidders shall be placed into the position no later than 14 days after the announcement of the successful bidder. E. The employer agrees to assign fixed days off, consecutive when possible, to full time duty assignments.

Posting Procedures. A notice of vacancy referring to jobs covered by the Clerical-Technical Job Evaluation Plan shall be based on the job description and job specification and shall be posted. Nothing contained in the notice of vacancy shall contravene the information contained in the job documents. No important information (subject to space limitations) shall be omitted. A notice of vacancy setting out a higher education or experience requirement than indicated in the job specification will require a corrected notice of vacancy and an extended date of closure. Refer to Part 'A', Section 17.0 - Notification to Applicants.
Posting Procedures. ‌ .01 Departments will forward anticipated positions to the appropriate Xxxx’x Office, as far in advance as possible. Where existing course data (such as previous enrolment history, pre-registration figures, etc.) is available and makes it possible to do so, departments shall specify projected class enrolment on the posting. Posting Procedures. Employees shall work on jobs assigned to them by the Corporation from time-to-time, provided that the right to make permanent transfers shall, subject to 19.01, be dealt with in the following manner: (a) The Corporation shall post a vacancy for a period of five (5) working days. Posting Procedures. 1. Building reassignments may occur up to the last day of the school year. Building reassignments will be posted within a building by the principal seven (7) calendar days prior to the finalization of reassignment. 2. If a position is not filled as a building reassignment, it shall be posted as a vacancy by the District Human Resources Office for voluntary transfer and/or external hiring. After the last day of the school year, all positions shall be posted as a vacancy. 3. Any posted vacancy or position will clearly set forth special qualifications for the position and procedures for applying. 4. A vacancy shall be deemed to exist if the position is continuing for the subsequent year, or when a new position is created by the District. 5. Vacancies which first become known between the last workday of the previous standard school year and October 14 need not be posted at each worksite if the vacancy is to be filled during that period. They will be posted in Human Resources unless they occur within ten (10) days prior to the first workday of the new school year, however, the five-day posting requirement shall be waived after July 1st. 6. After July 1, unit members may make application for posted positions as they become available.
