United States Export Control. The Company is in compliance with, and undertakes to use its reasonable endeavours to comply with, all applicable laws, regulations, practices, policies, rules and any other governmental requirements of the United States and other countries or regions in relation to any export or supply of technology, equipment or any information in connection with the Group’s business operation, the omission of which could reasonably be expected to have, individually or in the aggregate, a Material Adverse Effect.

United States Export Control. The Software provided under this Agreement is subject to U.S. Export Control Regulations and Laws, including but not limited to the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and as may be applicable, the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and may be subject to the import or export regulations of other countries. You agree that you will strictly comply with all export laws and regulations of the United States applicable to the Software.
United States Export Control. You hereby acknowledge and agree that the AGI Software Products provided under this Agreement are subject to U.S. Export Control Regulations and Laws, including but not limited to the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and as may be applicable, the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and may be subject to the import or export regulations of other countries. You agree to strictly comply with all such laws and regulations and acknowledge your responsibility to obtain licenses for export, re-export or import of the Software, as may be required. You acknowledge and agree to comply with U.S. antiboycott laws and regulations, including but not limited to those regarding foreign boycott of Israel, as administered by the U.S. Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and the U.S. Department of Commerce, Office of Antiboycott Compliance (OAC). In the event that transfer of bank funds to AGI results from this Agreement, all transactions shall be exclusively and directly between customer’s bank and AGI, and shall not be used for transactions in violation of U.S. law, including but not limited to laws administered by the U.S. Department of Treasury, Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC). This export control provision shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement.
United States Export Control. DISTRIBUTOR has provided and shall provide SpectraSCIENCE with such assurances as SpectraSCIENCE has requested or shall reasonably request that during the Term the Products shall not be exported or reexported directly or indirectly to destinations prohibited by the United States Department of Commerce in accordance with the Department's Export Administration Regulations.
United States Export Control. You acknowledge that the Software is subject to U.S. Export Control Regulations and Laws, including but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and may be subject to the import or export regulations of other countries. You agree to strictly comply with all such laws and regulations and you acknowledge your responsibility to obtain licenses for export, re-export or import of the Software, as may be required. The following Software is ITAR-controlled and subject to the regulations there under: STK/Missile Modeling Tools, STK/Radar Advanced Environment, STK/Space Environment, and NavTK/Payload Planner. OTHER SOFTWARE MAY BECOME SUBJECT TO THE ITAR. PLEASE REFER TO XXX.XXX.XXX\SLA IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS REGARDING THE APPLICATION OF THE ITAR TO A PARTICULAR PRODUCT BEFORE YOU SHIP THE SOFTWARE OUT OF THE UNITED STATES OR ALLOW ANY FOREIGN CITIZENS WHO ARE NOT PERMANENT RESIDENTS ACCESS TO THE SOFTWARE.

  • Export Control This Agreement is made subject to any restrictions concerning the export of products or technical information from the United States or other countries that may be imposed on the Parties from time to time. Each Party agrees that it will not export, directly or indirectly, any technical information acquired from the other Party under this Agreement or any products using such technical information to a location or in a manner that at the time of export requires an export license or other governmental approval, without first obtaining the written consent to do so from the appropriate agency or other governmental entity in accordance with Applicable Law.
