University furniture. Resident(s)/Chapter(s) shall maintain the University’s furniture in the condition it was received, reasonable wear and tear accepted, throughout the duration of this contract. University furniture must remain in its designated location and may not be removed.

Misuse or abuse of furniture, appliances, equipment and buildings is prohibited. Residents are not allowed to bring personal furniture into Cal Poly residential communities.
