University termination of contract. If you are evicted from residence or are required to leave the University of Waterloo due to behavioural issues, you will be held responsible for your full residence fee as per your contractual agreement and this Agreement. Campus Housing reserves the right to cancel a residence contract at any time for a breach of the residence contract or breach of any term or condition of this Agreement. No notice or opportunity to cure such breach shall be provided.

University termination of contract. If the University of Waterloo terminates this Agreement for any reason, including as a result of behavioural issues, you may be refunded the remaining pro-rated balance of your residence fees at the discretion of the University of Waterloo.   • Termination of Contract The Department may terminate the Contract for refusal by the Contractor to comply with this section by not allowing access to all public records, as defined in Chapter 119, F. S., made or received by the Contractor in conjunction with the Contract.
