UNLAWFULNESS OR REPUDIATION. It is unlawful for any of the Obligors to comply with, or any of the Obligors repudiates, any of its material obligations under this Agreement.
UNLAWFULNESS OR REPUDIATION. It is unlawful for a Company to comply with, or it repudiates, its material obligations under a Financing Document.
UNLAWFULNESS OR REPUDIATION. It is unlawful for any Obligor to comply with its payment or other material obligations under any Finance Document, or any Obligor repudiates any of those obligations.
UNLAWFULNESS OR REPUDIATION. It is unlawful for the Borrower or the Guarantor to comply with, or it repudiates, its material obligations under this Agreement.
UNLAWFULNESS OR REPUDIATION it is unlawful for any Charging Group Company or the Parent to perform or comply with, or any Charging Group Company or the Parent claims it is not bound by any of its obligations under any Financing Document;
UNLAWFULNESS OR REPUDIATION it is unlawful for or any Group Company to perform or comply with, or any Group Company repudiates, any of its obligations under any Financing Document; or
UNLAWFULNESS OR REPUDIATION. It is unlawful for any Security Company or WGI to perform or comply with, or any Security Company repudiates:
(i) any of its obligations under any Financing Document or any such obligation is not legally binding and enforceable; or
(ii) any of its material obligations under any Transaction Documents (other than the Financing Documents) or any such obligation is not legally binding and enforceable.
UNLAWFULNESS OR REPUDIATION it is unlawful for either of the Obligors to perform or comply with, or either of the Obligors repudiates, any of its obligations under any Financing Document or, subject to the Reservations, any of those obligations is not legal, valid, binding, effective and enforceable; or
UNLAWFULNESS OR REPUDIATION. It is unlawful for the Borrower or the Guarantor to comply with its obligations under this Agreement, or for the Borrower or any Relevant Polaroid Subsidiary to comply with its obligations under the Charges to which it is a party, or the Borrower, the Guarantor or any Relevant Polaroid Subsidiary repudiates any of those obligations.
