Common use of Unsafe Work Clause in Contracts

Unsafe Work. An employee may exercise their right to refuse to do unsafe work pursuant to the Worker's Compensation Board Occupational Health and Safety Regulations. An employee must not be subject to discriminatory or disciplinary action pursuant to these regulations.
