Unsolicited Assistance. Each Authority will make all reasonable efforts to provide the other Authority, in as much detail as possible, without prior request and in advance to the extent practicable, with any information likely to be of assistance to the other Authority for the purposes of carrying out its responsibilities under the Laws and Regulations, including information concerning:
Unsolicited Assistance. 6.1 Each agency recognises that in the course of carrying out its functions and exercising its powers, it may come into possession of information which would, if provided to the other agency, be likely to assist that other agency in administering or enforcing the particular laws for which it is responsible.
