Unsolicited Assistance. Each Authority will make all reasonable efforts to provide the other Authority, in as much detail as possible, without prior request and in advance to the extent practicable, with any information likely to be of assistance to the other Authority for the purposes of carrying out its responsibilities under the Laws and Regulations, including information concerning:
a) Any known material event that could have a significant effect on the operation of a Covered Entity or could otherwise adversely impact investor protection, financial stability or the integrity and orderly functioning of the markets in the jurisdiction of the other Authority;
b) Suspicious Transactions and Orders Reports falling within the remit of the other Authority;
c) Enforcement or regulatory actions, including investigations or sanctions which could have, in its reasonable opinion, a material effect on a Covered Entity, including the withdrawal, suspension or modification of relevant authorisation or registration, concerning or related to such Covered Entity.
Unsolicited Assistance. 6.1 Each agency recognises that in the course of carrying out its functions and exercising its powers, it may come into possession of information which would, if provided to the other agency, be likely to assist that other agency in administering or enforcing the particular laws for which it is responsible.
6.2 Each agency agrees, subject to applicable laws, to use reasonable endeavours to notify the other agency in a timely manner of the existence of any information of a kind referred to in clause 6.1 above, notwithstanding that it may not have received a request from the other agency for such information.
Unsolicited Assistance. 9.1 Each agency recognises that in the course of carrying out its functions and exercising its powers, it may come into possession of information which, if provided to the other agency, may assist the other agency in carrying out its statutory functions.
9.2 Each agency, subject to legal restrictions, will use its best endeavours to notify the other agency with due regard to the urgency of doing so, of the existence of any information of a kind referred to above notwithstanding that it may not have received a request from the other party for such information.
Unsolicited Assistance. The Authorities may provide to each other or arrange to be provided, to the extent permitted by their respective Laws, without prior request and solely on a voluntary basis, Information which it believes to be helpful to the other Authority for the discharge of its functions and for the purposes, which it may specify in the communication.
Unsolicited Assistance. 6.1 Each agency recognises that in the course of carrying out its functions and exercising its powers, it will come into possession of information which would, if provided to the other agency, be likely to assist that other agency in administering or enforcing the particular laws for which it Is responsible.
6.2 Each agency agrees, subject to legal restrictions, to use its best endeavours to notify the other agency of the existence of any information of a kind referred to above, and with due regard to the urgency of doing so to provide such information to the other agency, notwithstanding that it may not have received a request from the other agency for such information.

Xx the extent permitted by the laws and regulations of its jurisdiction, each Authority will use reasonable efforts to provide the other Authority with any information it discovers which gives rise to a suspicion of a breach, or anticipated breach, of the laws or regulations of the other Authority.
Unsolicited Assistance. Each Authority will make all reasonable efforts to provide, without prior request, the other Authority with any information that it considers is likely to be of assistance to the other Authority in securing compliance with Laws and Regulations applicable in their jurisdiction.
