Unsolicited e-mail. You shall not use Unsolicited Commercial E-mail (UCE), referred to as Spam or any form of unsolicited e-mail, to promote any of the Services associated with Mpgxtreme. Spam means unsolicited e-mail sent to persons with whom you have no relationship and/or who have not requested your information.

Unsolicited e-mail. You shall not send any unsolicited e-mail, whether commercial or non-commercial in nature, to any person who has indicated that they do not wish to receive it.
Unsolicited e-mail. You agree not to use the Forums or any other area of the Site to send the same or substantially similar unsolicited electronic mail messages, whether commercial or not, to a large number of recipients. This prohibition includes sending unsolicited mass mailings from another Internet service which in any way involves the use of the Site or any equipment owned or operated by the Publisher or VAR in connection with the Site. A message is unsolicited if it is posted in violation of a USENET or newsgroup charter and/or if it is sent to a recipient who has not requested or invited the message. For purposes of this provision, merely making one's e-mail address accessible to the public shall not constitute a request or invitation to receive messages.

Any User account which results in our IP space being blacklisted will be immediately suspended and/or terminated. ● Diadem reserves the right to require changes or disable as necessary, any website, account, database, or other component that does not comply with our policies, or to make any such modifications in an emergency that we deem necessary at our sole discretion. ● Diadem reserves the right to charge the holder of the account used to send any unsolicited e-mail a cleanup fee or any charges incurred for blacklist removal at our sole discretion. You must comply with the rules of any other network you access or participate in using your Diadem's services.
