Unsolicited Ideas. It is Premier Capital’s policy not to consider unsolicited ideas. While we appreciate you taking the time to consider Premier Capital, we’re unable to review new ideas from outside Premier Capital. You expressly waive any and all claims against Premier Capital and Premier Capital affiliated companies in connection with Premier Capital’s consideration, use or development of any product, design, concept or other materials similar or identical to your submission now or in the future.

If you send us unsolicited materials you understand and agree that we have no obligation to review, nor keep confidential and we will own and may use and redistribute such unsolicited ideas for any purpose without any obligation or compensation to you.
Unsolicited Ideas. While MakeMusic! is pleased to receive feedback and comments from you, we want you to understand that any such feedback, ideas, or comments you submit to MakeMusic! will be considered non-personal, non-confidential, and non-proprietary. The Employee further agrees that, during the Non-Solicit Period, he shall not, directly or indirectly, (i) hire or engage (or assist in the hiring or engaging of) any employee or agent of the Company or any of the other Protected Parties or any individual or entity who or which was an employee or agent of the Company or any of the other Protected Parties during the twelve (12) month period immediately prior to the date of the Employee’s employment termination to enter into a similar relationship with the Employee or any other person or entity in competition with the Business of the Company or any of the other Protected Parties, (ii) solicit, divert with the intention to take away, or attempt to divert with the intention to take away, any investment opportunity considered by the Company or any other Protected Party, or (iii) interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to interfere with or disrupt, or assist others to disrupt or interfere with, the relationship, contractual or otherwise, between the Company or of the other Protected Parties and any of their respective customers, clients, accounts, investors, suppliers, lessors, consultants, independent contractors, agents, or employees.

  • Non-Solicitation of Clients During the Restricted Period, the Executive agrees not to solicit, directly or indirectly, on his own behalf or on behalf of any other person(s), any client of the Company to whom the Company had provided services at any time during the Executive’s employment with the Company in any line of business that the Company conducts as of the date of the Executive’s termination of employment or that the Company is actively soliciting, for the purpose of marketing or providing any service competitive with any service then offered by the Company.
