Unspent Meal Plan Funds. Participants may carry forward any funds remaining at the end of the current academic year to the following academic year by selecting one of the following four options. Participants can choose an option between April 1 and May 15. If Participants do not select an option by May 15, the balance on the Participant’s meal plan will remain on his or her OneCard (carry forward) for the Participant to continue using as a meal plan the following year.

  • Health Spending Account contributions by the Executive will cease on the Effective Date. The Executive may submit claims against the balance accrued to the Effective Date, until the end of the calendar year in which the Effective Date occurs.

  • Special Parental Allowance for Totally Disabled Employees (a) An employee who: (i) fails to satisfy the eligibility requirement specified in subparagraph 17.05(a)(ii) solely because a concurrent entitlement to benefits under the Disability Insurance (DI) Plan, the Long-term Disability (LTD) Insurance portion of the Public Service Management Insurance Plan (PSMIP) or via the Government Employees Compensation Act prevents the employee from receiving Employment Insurance or Québec Parental Insurance Plan benefits, and (ii) has satisfied all of the other eligibility criteria specified in paragraph 17.05(a), other than those specified in sections (A) and (B) of subparagraph 17.05(a)(iii), shall be paid, in respect of each week of benefits under the parental allowance not received for the reason described in subparagraph (i), the difference between ninety-three per cent (93%) of the employee's rate of pay and the gross amount of his or her weekly disability benefit under the DI Plan, the LTD Plan or via the Government Employees Compensation Act. (b) An employee shall be paid an allowance under this clause and under clause 17.05 for a combined period of no more than the number of weeks during which the employee would have been eligible for parental, paternity or adoption benefits under the Employment Insurance or Québec Parental Insurance Plan, had the employee not been disqualified from Employment Insurance or Québec Parental Insurance Plan benefits for the reasons described in subparagraph (a)(i).

  • Company Funds All funds of the Company shall be deposited in its name, or in such name as may be designated by the Board, in such checking, savings or other accounts, or held in its name in the form of such other investments as shall be designated by the Board. The funds of the Company shall not be commingled with the funds of any other Person. All withdrawals of such deposits or liquidations of such investments by the Company shall be made exclusively upon the signature or signatures of such Officer or Officers as the Board may designate.

  • Match Funds The goal of this subtask is to ensure that the Recipient obtains any match funds planned for this Agreement and applies them to the Agreement during the Agreement term. While the costs to obtain and document match funds are not reimbursable under this Agreement, the Recipient may spend match funds for this task. The Recipient may only spend match funds during the Agreement term, either concurrently or prior to the use of Energy Commission funds. Match funds must be identified in writing, and the Recipient must obtain any associated commitments before incurring any costs for which the Recipient will request reimbursement. • Prepare a Match Funds Status Letter that documents the match funds committed to this Agreement. If no match funds were part of the proposal that led to the Energy Commission awarding this Agreement and none have been identified at the time this Agreement starts, then state this in the letter. If match funds were a part of the proposal that led to the Energy Commission awarding this Agreement, then provide in the letter: o A list of the match funds that identifies: ▪ The amount of cash match funds, their source(s) (including a contact name, address, and telephone number), and the task(s) to which the match funds will be applied. ▪ The amount of each in-kind contribution, a description of the contribution type (e.g., property, services), the documented market or book value, the source (including a contact name, address, and telephone number), and the task(s) to which the match funds will be applied. If the in-kind contribution is equipment or other tangible or real property, the Recipient must identify its owner and provide a contact name, address, telephone number, and the address where the property is located. ▪ If different from the solicitation application, provide a letter of commitment from an authorized representative of each source of match funding that the funds or contributions have been secured. • At the Kick-off meeting, discuss match funds and the impact on the project if they are significantly reduced or not obtained as committed. If applicable, match funds will be included as a line item in the progress reports and will be a topic at CPR meetings. • Provide a Supplemental Match Funds Notification Letter to the CAM of receipt of additional match funds. • Provide a Match Funds Reduction Notification Letter to the CAM if existing match funds are reduced during the course of the Agreement.   • Pre-Funding Account (a) No later than the Closing Date, the Securities Administrator shall establish and maintain a trust account which at all times shall be an Eligible Account and shall be titled “Pre-Funding Account, Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, in trust for the registered holders of Deutsche Alt-A Securities, Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2006-AR2, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates” (the “Pre-Funding Account”). The Securities Administrator shall, promptly upon receipt, deposit in the Pre-Funding Account and retain therein the Original Pre-Funded Amount remitted on the Closing Date by the Depositor. Funds deposited in the Pre-Funding Account shall be held in trust for the Certificateholders for the uses and purposes set forth herein. (b) The Securities Administrator will invest funds deposited in the Pre-Funding Account only as directed in writing by the Depositor (and such amounts shall not be invested if no direction is received by Securities Administrator) in Permitted Investments with a maturity date (i) no later than the Business Day immediately preceding the date on which such funds are required to be withdrawn from such account pursuant to this Agreement, if a Person other than the Securities Administrator or an Affiliate manages or advises such investment, (ii) no later than the date on which such funds are required to be withdrawn from such account pursuant to this Agreement, if the Securities Administrator or an Affiliate manages or advises such investment or (iii) within one (1) Business Day of the Securities Administrator’s receipt thereof. For federal income tax purposes, the Depositor shall be the owner of the Pre-Funding Account and shall report all items of income, deduction, gain or loss arising therefrom. All income and gain realized from investment of funds deposited in the Pre-Funding Account shall be transferred to the Depositor. The Depositor shall deposit in the Pre-Funding Account the amount of any net loss incurred in respect of any such Permitted Investment immediately upon realization of such loss without any right of reimbursement therefor. At no time will the Pre-Funding Account be an asset of any REMIC created hereunder. (c) Amounts on deposit in the Pre-Funding Account shall be withdrawn by the Securities Administrator as follows: (i) On any Subsequent Transfer Date, the Securities Administrator shall withdraw from the Pre-Funding Account an amount equal to 100% of the Principal Balances of the related Subsequent Loans as of the Subsequent Cut-Off Date, transferred and assigned to the Trustee for deposit in the Trust Fund on such Subsequent Transfer Date and pay such amount to or upon the order of the Depositor upon satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Section 2.6 with respect to such transfer and assignment; (ii) If the amount on deposit in the Pre-Funding Account (exclusive of any investment income therein) has not been reduced to zero during the Pre-Funding Period, on the Distribution Date immediately following the termination of the Pre-Funding Period, the Securities Administrator shall deposit into the Distribution Account any amounts remaining in the Pre-Funding Account (exclusive of any investment income therein) for distribution in accordance with the terms hereof; (iii) To withdraw any amount not required to be deposited in the Pre-Funding Account or deposited therein in error; and (iv) To clear and terminate the Pre-Funding Account upon the earlier to occur of (A) the Distribution Date immediately following the end of the Pre-Funding Period and (B) the termination of this Agreement, with any amounts remaining on deposit therein being paid to the Holders of the Class A Certificates then entitled to distributions in respect of principal. Withdrawals pursuant to clauses (i), (ii) and (iii) shall be treated as contributions of cash to REMIC I on the date of withdrawal.

(b) An employee shall be paid an allowance under this clause and under clause 17.02 for a combined period of no more than the number of weeks during which she would have been eligible for maternity benefits under the Employment Insurance or Québec Parental Insurance Plan had she not been disqualified from Employment Insurance or Québec Parental Insurance maternity benefits for the reasons described in subparagraph (a)(i).

  • Medical/Dental Expense Account The Employer agrees to allow insurance eligible employees to participate in a medical and dental expense reimbursement program to cover co- payments, deductibles and other medical and dental expenses or expenses for services not covered by health or dental insurance on a pre-tax basis as permitted by law or regulation, up to the maximum amount of salary reduction contributions allowed per calendar year under Section 125 of the Internal Revenue Code or other applicable federal law.

  • Multiple Individual Retirement Accounts In the event the depositor maintains more than one Individual Retirement Account (as defined in Section 408(a)) and elects to satisfy his or her minimum distribution requirements described in Article IV above by making a distribution from another individual retirement account in accordance with Item 6 thereof, the depositor shall be deemed to have elected to calculate the amount of his or her minimum distribution under this custodial account in the same manner as under the Individual Retirement Account from which the distribution is made.

  • SIMPLE Individual Retirement Custodial Account (Under section 408(p) of the Internal Revenue Code) The participant named above is establishing a savings incentive match plan for employees of small employers individual retirement account (SIMPLE IRA) under sections 408(a) and 408(p) to provide for his or her retirement and for the support of his or her beneficiaries after death. The custodian named above has given the participant the disclosure statement required by Regulations section 1.408-6. The participant and the custodian make the following agreement:
