Common use of UNUSED SICK LEAVE UPON SEPARATION Clause in Contracts

UNUSED SICK LEAVE UPON SEPARATION. 24.1 During the term of this Agreement, when an employee is laid off, the employee shall receive an amount equal to his/her salary at the time of lay-off for one-half (1/2) the number of days of his accumulated unused sick leave up to a maximum of ninety (90) days of pay.
