Unutilized Fee. A fee equal to 0.750% per annum of the daily average aggregate Unused Allocated Amount shall accrue from the Closing Date (the “Unutilized Fee”) and shall be due and payable to the Lenders ratably in accordance with each Lender’s Loan Percentage of such Unused Allocated Amount in arrears on each Settlement Date to the extent provided in Section 3.03. To the extent that an Unutilized Fee paid to a Lender does not correspond with the amount provided herein for the applicable Settlement Date, such payment will be reconciled by the Borrower on the immediately succeeding Settlement Date, to the extent provided in Section 3.03.”

Unutilized Fee. If Advancements for any Calculation Year did not, on average, as calculated on a 360-day Calculation Year, exceed 25% of the Commitment Amount, the City will pay the Lender an unutilized fee annually in arrears in an amount equal to 0.08% of the Unused Commitment Amount, calculated on the basis of a 360-day Calculation Year and actual number of days elapsed. The Lender will be responsible for calculating any such fee and providing written notice to the City of any fee due within 15 days of the end of each Calculation Year. The City shall pay such fee to the Lender within 30 days of receipt of the notice. [END OF ARTICLE IV]
Unutilized Fee. A fee equal to 0.30% per annum of the daily average Unused Allocated A Amount related to the Tranche A Allocation shall accrue from the Closing Date (the “Unutilized A Fee”) and a fee equal to 0.30% per annum of the daily average Unused Allocated B Amount related to the Tranche B Allocation shall accrue from the date that occurs six months after the Closing Date (the “Unutilized B Fee”) and, in each case, shall be due and payable to the applicable Lenders ratably in accordance with its Lender’s Loan Percentage of such Unused Allocated A Amount or Unused Allocated B Amount, as applicable, for the applicable Tranche, in arrears on each Settlement Date to the extent provided in Section 3.03. To the extent that an Unutilized Fee paid to a Lender does not correspond with the amount provided herein for the applicable Settlement Date, such payment will be reconciled by the Borrower on the immediately succeeding Settlement Date.

  • Commitment Fees, etc (a) The Borrower agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent for the account of each Revolving Credit Lender a commitment fee for the period from and including the Closing Date to the last day of the Revolving Credit Commitment Period, computed at the Commitment Fee Rate on the average daily amount of the Available Revolving Credit Commitment of such Lender during the period for which payment is made, payable quarterly in arrears on the last day of each March, June, September and December and on the Revolving Credit Termination Date, commencing on the first of such dates to occur after the date hereof.

  • Unused Line Fee Borrower shall pay to Lender monthly an unused line fee at a rate equal to one-half (1/2%) percent per annum calculated upon the amount by which the Revolving Loan Limit exceeds the average daily principal balance of the outstanding Revolving Loans and Letter of Credit Accommodations during the immediately preceding month (or part thereof) while this Agreement is in effect and for so long thereafter as any of the Obligations are outstanding, which fee shall be payable on the first day of each month in arrears.

  • Unused Fees For each day during the term hereof that the Applicable Rate is determined pursuant to clause (a) of the definition of Applicable Rate, the Borrower shall pay a fee to the Administrative Agent for the pro rata benefit of the Lenders in an amount equal to the Unused Fee for such day. The commitment fee on each Revolving Credit Facility shall accrue at all times from the Closing Date until the Maturity Date for the Revolving Credit Facility, including at any time during which one or more of the conditions in Article IV is not met, and shall be due and payable quarterly in arrears on the last Business Day of each March, June, September and December, commencing with the first such date during the first full fiscal quarter to occur after the Closing Date, and on the Maturity Date for the Revolving Credit Facility. The commitment fee shall be calculated quarterly in arrears, and if there is any change in the Applicable Rate during any quarter, the actual daily amount shall be computed and multiplied by the Applicable Rate separately for each period during such quarter that such Applicable Rate was in effect.
