Updated Fee Schedule. Exhibit B of the Deposit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting such Exhibit B in its entirety as of the Effective Date and replacing such Exhibit B in its entirety with the Fee Schedule attached as Exhibit B to this Amendment No. 4.
Updated Fee Schedule. MLB shall have delivered to OVB the updated Fee Schedule required to be delivered by MLB at the Closing pursuant to Section 5.16, which updated Fee Schedule shall be in form and content reasonably acceptable to OVB.
