Updates and Security. Company may update the Subscription Services and the applicable specifications from time to time, including to improve or add new functionality to the Subscription Services, or to reflect changes in laws, regulations, rules, technology, industry practices, patterns of system use, and availability of third party services or content (as defined below). Customer will reasonably cooperate with Company to help secure the Subscription Services as requested by Company from time to time, including to help Company install security patches and deploy other risk mitigation or prevention techniques. Company may suspend Customer’s access to the Subscription Services at any time in case of actual or suspected security risks or threats to the Subscription Services, in which case Company will notify Customer of the respective issue as soon as reasonably possible.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Customer understands that Provider may modify or discontinue offering the Subscription Services at any time.
Updates and Security. During the Access Period, the Customer Parties and the Users shall (i) promptly install all upgrades, bug fixes, patches, and other corrections for the SaaS Services the 8x8 Providers make available, and (ii) do nothing that co uld reasonably (1) compromise the integrity or security of the 8x8 Providers’ services, platforms, or networks, or (2) materially damage or compromise the privacy of the 8x8 Providers or the 8x8 Providers’ customers.
