Updating the Settlement Class List. No later than 28 days after the full execution of this Settlement Agreement, Cicero & 147th shall update the Settlement Class List with the last known U.S. Mail addresses, belonging to Persons within the Settlement Class. This updated Settlement Class List shall be provided to the Settlement Administrator in an electronic form and used by the Settlement Administrator only for the purpose of giving Notice to the Settlement Class Members. This updated Settlement Class List shall also be provided to Class Counsel contemporaneous with its provision to the Settlement Administrator.
Updating the Settlement Class List. No later than 28 days after the full execution of this Settlement Agreement, MRT Sureway, Inc. shall update the Settlement Class List with the last known U.S. Mail addresses belonging to Persons within the Settlement Class. This updated Settlement Class List shall be provided to the Settlement Administrator in an electronic form and used by the Settlement Administrator only for the purpose of giving Notice to the Settlement Class Members. This updated Class List shall also be provided to Class Counsel contemporaneous with its provision to the Settlement Administrator.
Updating the Settlement Class List. No later than 28 days after the full execution of this Settlement Agreement, Defendant shall update the Settlement Class List with the last known email and postal addresses, to the extent available from its records, belonging to persons within the Settlement Class. This updated Settlement Class List will be provided to the claims administrator for the purpose of giving notice to the Settlement Class Members, with a copy to Plaintiff’s Counsel. Defendant will additionally provide on this date to Class Counsel a sworn affidavit by a company representative attesting to the completeness of the list to the knowledge of the affiant, including the means by which the employee representative ascertained and provided the list.

No later than 28 days after the full execution of this Settlement Agreement, Spring-Fill Industries shall update the Settlement Class List with the last known U.S. Mail addresses belonging to Persons within the Settlement Class, or the identity of the third-party staffing agency that employed the Class Members to provide services for Spring-Fill Industries. This updated Settlement Class List shall be provided to the Settlement Administrator in an electronic form and used by the Settlement Administrator only for the purpose of giving Notice to the Settlement Class Members. This updated Settlement Class List shall also be provided to Class Counsel contemporaneous with its provision to the Settlement Administrator.
