Upon return to work following. sick leave or long term disability leave the employee is again eligible for the sick leave bank of 130 days. In the case of a recurrence of the same illness or injury which required the original sick leave or long term disability leave, the employee shall be entitled to the lesser of 130 days or the period of time required to serve the waiting period for long term disability benefits.
