US-FLEX Compensation. The special US-FLEX compensation applies only for services performed in the USA. The compensation comprises a labour flat fee and, when relevant, compensation for up to two (2) hours driving or travel as well as mileage costs for up to 100 miles. Buyer must report the service in the Thrane & Thrane eReport web-portal. The report must contain documentation for date of sale/installation (if relevant) as well as copy of service report from the servicing dealer. Information on the relevant rates is listed in the relevant Partner agreement appendix.

  • Extra Compensation 1. CTSO Advisors will be paid twenty-five ($25) per hour (capped at eight (8) hours per day) for non-discretionary CTSO activities (e.g., conferences, conventions, and competitions) involving students on days not scheduled as part of the regular school year calendar.

  • Basic Compensation (a) SALARY. Executive will be paid an annual base salary of $115,000.00, subject to adjustment as provided below (the "Salary"), which will be payable in equal periodic installments according to Employer's customary payroll practices, but no less frequently than monthly. The Salary will be reviewed by the Board of Directors not less frequently than annually, and shall be increased on each anniversary of the Effective Date during the term hereof by an amount equal to not less than ten percent (10%) of the prior year's base salary.
